[BC] EAS Logs

Respectfully disagree.  All EAS operations require a full entry...which 
includes a signature, date and time.  Additionally, a printed tape of the 
EAS message is also required to be attached to the log or made available to 
review if kept in electronic form.

I believe all this is covered in Part 11 in addition to 73.1820.
