Don't get me started on those damn lawyers! Yea, Yea, there so many of
them these days, they are all fighting to get your money! Right or
Wrong, they will find some loop hole to make sure YOU are wrong and you
get fined!

Remember, the Commission is over populated by lawyers !
 What makes sense, is ethical and prudent, is irrelevant.
 What is technically jot and tittle the "letter of the law" is all that
matters,
 except for "advice of counsel" which is about always an acceptable
defense.
 ( because that, too, is a lawyer thing )
