I'd have been happier if they hadn't tied all the output relay commons 
together.
With certain automation systems there's now no way to disable the liners 
(by removing common ground) without also disabling the
net spot record closures unless you wire up an outboard relay box. Or 
send the receiver back to Jones to have the relays separated.
