[BC] New Jones Receiver

Just wired ours up and the delay actually improved the timing between Jones
and CBS.

Which means I can use my handy-dandy Connect O'Pads. I hooked up some PC 
speakers to the output and the audio is nearly a full second behind that 
coming from the JDAR (GTO) which may make for some interesting transitions 
to and from the Fox News (From a Starguide-Premiere) feed at the top of the 
hour.

All I lack is wiring the relays to the new receiver swap the audio cable and

I'm off and running.
 First I need to map all the relay wiring from the receiver to the I/O on 
the automation. There's no documentation on that. I'd like to know what's 
what rather than just wire this color to that pin!
