[BC] Signal report requested

Jeff:
I've noticed that, and on my (taking posession) own FM as well. Drives me 
nuts!
I believe you answered your own question, ie... audio processing artifacts,
almost all of it coming from the original musc source before being
reprocessed at the headend.
       Up too late as well.....  _Rx.
