Having been through that charade is well beknownst to me. The time
frame to hire someone is about 3 months. You have to place an ad in
the recognized minority newspapers and show you interviewed a
reasonable number of applicants even if they haven't the faintest
idea what your do. I've hired a lot of minorities who were sharp
enough to know stations rarely advertise in mainstream newspapers for
experienced people. If only the FCC understood that.
The EEO quotas make it almost impossible to hire a white male,
however qualified.

There's nothing worse than having to fire someone, regardless of the
family situation.
