That is excellent advice. There was this physicist fellow named 
Faraday who demonstrated a way of blocking RF completely.

If all else fails, encasing the studio in a screen will solve the
problem, but you need someone who know and understands RF to
help you. This is not something most electricians understand unless
they also happen to be ham radio operators, and then they may not
understand it fully.

You need the advice of an experienced broadcast engineer.
