Shelby,
It's time you hired a radio engineer to come in and assist you in
solving your RFI problems. That person will be able to asess and
define proper solutions based on what they see and determine.
Don't go off the deep end now. Look at this as a learning experience
which you will no doubt repeat if you move somewhere else and the same
thing happens. This is curable.
