i have argued with BMI (BULLYING MUSIC INTRAVERTS) and ASCAP ( ANY SORRY CAD 
ASKING for PAY).
 and all i get is a run around, they don't care what radio has done for them. 
all they want is their unfair share of your procedes.
heck they even collect on classical musis ie; bach, beethoven and all the 
rest. they say it goes to the family of the composers.
what if the composers family line is dead, they say it's for the others.
have you known any writters, i do and they get a penence form them. the 
publishers get the big dough.
SAM COOKE was right in starting his own publishing company, he said that's 
were the money was. and damn if wasn't right.
i had my say, anyone agree or disagree?
