A friend of mine who's analysis I trust gave me popcounts: Here they are....

All I can say is: OUCH!!!

In the overlap between WPRB protected and WKTU interfering the count is 
4,174,679 and in the overlap between WKTU protected and WPRB interfering 
the count is 13,703,188.
