[BC] Mono Expands on the FM Band

This is something we try to teach committees, city councils etc, who record 
15-person meetings with a mono recorder...and then try to decipher what's 
been said.  A stereo pickup makes all the difference in the world; 
particularly for a transcriber listening with stereo headphones.
