Hmmm... is this after the analog is turned off, and it's 100% digital?

I still think analog AM should not go away completely. It's reliable, 
long-range capability is something worth preserving, IMHO.

Ok, I need a little clarification, here... what formats do you mean? 
Programming formats, or modulation/delivery formats?

I am aware of the ongoing development of PCS technology toward more digital 
bandwidth & thus on-demand/interactive streaming content. Although completely 
different from IBUZ, is it something in this vein?
