[BC] Need studio information

Upgrading from a D to a DA Class A is not a fast track process. You need
to perform an allocation study to see if the channel you believe is
suitable doesn't already have an application pending. A good consultant is
key to defining what can and can't be done. Then apply and wait..and
wait...and wait. Then pray that none of the mass filing satellators try
to propose a satellator station as a mutually exclusive applicant.

I know of some new allocation applications which have been in limbo for
several years because of that.
