WFIS 1600 Fountain INN, SC applied for 1610 also and
the FCC supposedly lost the app. But then, the FCC
allowed WTZQ back on 1600 in Hendersonville, NC and
there's too much overlap. The original 1600 in
Hendersonville at 5 KW was directional and protected
Fountain Inn. Maybe the FCC gave them the non da on
the assumption that FI was on 1610 and didn't check?
