[BC] President Ford dies

President Ford and Senator Dole lost by only a very very slim margin.
Many believe that had the election been held one week later they would
have won. President Ford was far from a centrist, he was very
conservative having vetoed more than 40 spending bills with only
(approximately) 1/3 overturned despite the Democrat party having
overwhelming control of Congress. He cut taxes which brought us out of
a recession and the DOW to nearly 1000 which was higher than the entire
Carter administration.

Being from Congress he knew very well how to play the game.
