[BC] ABC Starguide

Yeah, me too.  Being one of those "redundant" types, I keep asking why I
can't have a unit or two pointed at a few other birds... and get a typical
corporate answer like... "Why? All we need is to have the computer ready to
go".

   They never consider the effort required to keep programming you might
never need updatyed and ready to go as a "just in case".  Nothing like
having dated material on the air.  I guess they figure just blank music and
liner cards suffice.  As long as it fits the profile laid out by a
consultant in some other world... your listeners won't notice the
difference...

   They never had to pay the bills out in the boonies where the farmers
still show up carryin' shotguns and pitchforks and such!  ;-D
(Ok, just a *tad* hyperbolish)
