[BC] ABC Starguide

What I first heard was that they could maintain power till 2015. But, last
heard they had experienced at least three failures in the solar array. They
will turn off everyone who is in a non-protected status till they can go no
further. All my receivers looking that that satellite still are cranking
along.

I thought they had all this worked out some time ago... seems like the word
"then" was that even IF they had major power losses, they still had plenty
to spare to run the signals they were planning to *not* migrate to some
other rig...

Guess I heard wrong, or, somebody figgerd wrong...
