[BC] Power plant disaster

This was called the Schoellkoph Disaster, and it was a 25 cycle power 
plant. Schoellkoph was responsible for changing the Niagara power 
plants from mechanical power delivery to electrical power 
delivery.  The power was originally DC, and was used to power arc 
lights to illuminate the falls at night.
