[BC] New Cell device

I can't even control my sine systems remote from a cell phone anymore. Nobody at the station can. T-Mobile, Verizon, Alltel, AT&T, doesn't matter, the transmitted DTMF tones aren't good enough for the remote to catch... 

Hopefully this device works in respects to that!
