The first Republican Governor in New Jersey in ages has defunded the New
Jersey Network in 
next year's budget. This is in a state that had, I believe, only one 
VHF TV. It's WWOR, formerly CH 9, there under duress from the RKO 
General divestiture and still acts like an NYC station.
