[BC] mix minus for codecs

We use the same consoles here. I set up talkback on the main microphone and use the studio control module for the mix minus feed selection. Hitting the talkback button overrides that feed. Works well, once you get the talent trained enough to select a mix-minus feed and to keep the output level control knob in its proper position.
