I don't know that there is much DC left. I thought NYC was last, and
I saw a NYTimes article a while ago about the last few buildings being
provided with converters so ConEd could shut down the last DC plants.
I don't know where else this exists.
Of course, subways, and railroads still use 600 Volt DC (plus or
minus) systems. I cannot see how those will ever go away.
