IIRC the WKOX tower in Framingham fell twice.  Once when they were still on 1190, with the FM side-mounted, and once after the switch to 1200 (one of the two towers fell in a hurricane).  I was there for the second one, and missed getting clobbered in the head by the tower coming through the roof of the studio/transmitter building by about 15 feet.  Not pretty.
