Sid and I determined that WLLH wasn't the station bought by the 
Consultant that shall remain nameless. That was WCAP which is listed 
as Talk. WLLH is listed as ESPN sports, occasionally, it seems. The 
WCAP program schedule takes me back to the 60s. Lunchtime paid 
remotes. As much as I see value in local programming, this stuff is 
embarrassing. It's most likely there because Boston has the good 
syndicated stuff, though they are carrying my old WOR Radio Network car show.

You remember our WDEW (now WNNZ) colleague Bill Rasmussen started 
ESPN, then was eased out. I'm sure he'd have a problem with this 
since the ESPN spots aren't running. How much do you want to bet 
they're returning affidavits that claim all ran as contracted? As a 
former ABC Network employee I can tell you those affidavits are 
golden. The station's value is in being listed in the Boston Metro 
even if there's no signal there. It makes them look like they're in 
another Top 10 market.
