[BC] Happy Fourth and Halon

I have been a user of Halon for many years and have been in and out of
re-hab for it :)

Halon is good and quick, the problem with using it is that the control
system has to be pretty up to date and installed by people who truly
understand it.
I have been in a number of dumps and you have plenty of time to get out and
in fact, you have time to check you equipment rooms to see if you can find
the trouble.

The only effect of about 20 min of staying in it are a slight headache and
my voice goes deeper, opposite of helium.
