[BC] Cell phones

"...as a condition of continued employment...," the Email memo says, I am
now required to obtain a cell-phone. On-line lawyers, don't bother to
respond, I already sold my American birthrights to remain employed
as an Engineer.

So, having resisted beepers and such for over forty years, I now
need to sign up for some cell-phone service. I want to get a consensus
or what's best, but I don't want to use too much of Barry's bandwidth.
