[BC] More thoughts about AM transmitter lightning

Nupla Glass.  ALWAYS use an equalizer plate, and the rods must be  
able to take the entire load.  I have seen them fracture.  When there  
are two in parallel, it is only an emergency.  When there is only  
one, it is a tragedy.
