Now, on the subject of automation in general!   I think any commercial
cluster that is stupid enough to not have one body around the building at
night is just asking for it.  The commission aught to hold their feet to the
fire for the lack of proper IDs.  After several thousands headed out the
door they'll figure out real fast how to make their old junk work and will
likely have enough people around to make sure it will from now on.

The real root of the problem is the word cluster.  One entity shouldn't be
able to own more than two of same type of service in a market, period.
Anything more than that leads to less concern for the product, including
automated hours of operation.

Yes, truly, It's all about Less is More.  Less resources and More work for
those left in the industry for them to heap it on.
