[BC] Fallout from Unattended Operation

Alan, this on air experience does not mean that no one is at the 
studios. In many such cases, plenty of people are on site and working 
on the problem but do not have sufficient back up material to 
immediately place on the air.

One might say it would be better in such cases to shut the stations 
off while fixing the automations.

One should not jump to the conclusion that just because the 
automation is having problems that no one is at the studio.

I am speaking from experience.
