[BC] Ethics

Wow!  I don't think it could be said much plainer - or better - than 
that!  THIS is the "olden days" everyone yearns for - not the days of 
home-brew transmitters with exposed HV wiring.....

I'd like permission to use this, if I may... who do I contact?
