[BC] Traffic reports

My big bug about traffic reports is how useless they can be to the
person not familiar with the town. The use of familiar names can get you
really lost. This was brought up to me when (in a previous life) I was a
traffic reporter and my father came to town and heard me report on a tie up
at the "Harrison Interchange" in Colorado Springs. He couldn't find it on
the map. All of us locals knew that was the interchange of circle drive and
the interstate, by Harrison High school.
When I first go to Las Vegas, I'd hear traffic reports talking about
the Rainbow Curve and the Spaghetti Bowl, with no idea where they were or
what road they were on. Now it's second nature, but for the newcomers and
visitors it is a real disservice.
