[BC] Traffic reports

Now you have stomped on another pet peeve of your usually mild-mannered Editor.

Don't you just hate it when you get to where some "Traffic and 
Weather together" bunch just described a big accident "just in the 
clearing stages" ... only to find it was long gone?

Sitting in front of a computer, reading old traffic reports is not 
service, IMHO.  The pressure to save money has not resulted in better 
traffic reporting ... only better "promotion" of the T&WT......
