[BC] Symmetra Peak and stereo...

I've used Symmetra Peaks in the left and right channels out of a 
console, before any processing.  My experience is that if you use two 
of the same models, the phase and mono is well maintained.  It was 
certainly worth the effort and did not affect the summed mono.
