[BC] Transmitter visits at insecure sites

  My engineer friend who get's me all my equipment frequently go's into
downtown trenton, NJ(Crypts,Bloods, MS13 teritory) at night. the company
policy is to have a local police officer accompany all personnel to tower
sites after dark. this policy came about from an incident involving a bunch
of latino and african american gentelmen who saw fit to try to accost him at
the 97.5 transmitter site at 1:00AM.
