They called him Doc...because he was one...a dentist. Full name was Euclid 
Lloyd Kilday (Sr & Jr).

I worked with Lloyd at WTNL in Reidsville (1976)...was the PD/Morning 
Guy/News Director, and later (1982 - p/t) at WBLU...did the Sunday night 
oldies show. Later, I talked myself into going down to Blackshear, to 
(attempt to) buy WBSG from him (1983). That's a whole other story, which 
still exhausts me to even think about.

Oh sure, been to the Pig Jig many times...we broadcast live (on WCEH, WQSY & 
WKKN) several years. Don't know Grizzard, Jr., but I've dined many a time at 
(Can't remember the name of the place now) in Newnan, which was Sr.'s 
favorite BBQ hangout.
