There are other solutions... What they did on BBC with Listen Again 
is create their own player which streams you the show. There are only 
three buttons on it: play/pause, skip 5 min, skip 15 minutes. If you 
want to hear the whole show (and I guess you want if you clicked on 
it) you'll have to listen all the commercials that are within the 
show. You could skip them, but then you'll miss a part of the show as well ;-)
