Larry,
When the "change" occured I did mornings as Dr. Don Rose of Meridian, due to 
the fact Partridge was the morning guy at OKK, Don Spier was at MOX and then 
either Dave or Toxie at the weather bureau could say "Good Morning, Don" as 
we all did the same intro and hit the weather bureau at the same time!  6:45 
am i think it was.
But radio was fun then and not near as cut-throat as it later became.
