[BC] Moseley 6060 STL Transmitter notes.

On a receiver note, the 6030 to be exact, there was a batch of these that
went out where the TTL gate that monitors alarms and mutes the unit was left
floating.  Schematic clearly shows the gate inputs going through 10K
resistors to +5V.  There is no connection to +5V on the motherboard for
these resistors..it dead ends.  So..if your RX mutes yet is showing signal
and appears OK in all other aspects, check to see if there is a 5V reference
so that the gate inputs aren't floating.  RF does wonders for floating
digital inputs.
