[BC] KHQ radio Tower on top of Davenport

On the above URL, you will find two pictures of KHQ AM Radio 
while it was at the Davenport Hotel Spokane.  According to Mr. Tom 
McArthur, the communications director at the Davenport Hotel, the 
tower stood in place until 2000.  Can someone in this group talk 
about the technical asspects of this tower?

KSBN 1230's tower (also in Spokane) is on top of a building and is 
still in use.  The building is called the Peyton Building.  I am not sure 
when this tower was built.

Just out of curiosity, how many stations still on the air in the USA are 
on top of buildings?  Does anyone know?
