[BC] Broadcast Engineering Information For Duluth, MN

I once had an engineer friend there at a TV stations named John 
Tallcott.  He also had a radio station or two as I recall.  Don't know 
if he is still there but you might try the phone book or some of the 
local stations to contact him (Or maybe someone on the list knows John)
