[BC] Re: No-code Amateur license

A HOA or otherwise CC&Rs cannot be overridden by PRB-1...PRB-1 only applies
to zoning laws, etc enacted by a governmental body...not a legal contract.
The HOAs/CC&Rs WERE overridden by OTAR rules.....and in most cases you can
put a dish up at an apartment...I did.
