[BC] Station for sale on eBay

Hmmm...that's a can of worms for certain.  $300K for 67%...equals 
about $450 total price.  OK...so is this silent partner ready to ante 
up another $100K comparative contribution to get the place back on 
it's feet? If they did, I would think they would have bought out the 
controlling partner.

Nope, this is not a good situation.
