	Here is what I am concerned about "numbers' with the sat boys. Many, 
probably 2/3 to 3/4 of the subs are built into the higher end car 
leases. Two to three year leases. Now, when those cars are turned in, 
the same person probably will get another vehicle with another sat 
receiver. Thats fine. The older car goes to the auction block. New owner 
  doesn't even realize they have sat radio, and there is no sub.

	Do the sat boys properly drop the old receiver from the count, and add 
back in the new, or do they keep both on line? They could legally, not 
ethically, state that " We have enabled 4 million receivers so far". 
That doesn't mean they have 4 million radios that are paying the $ 12.95 
a month. Someone might talk about how things are audited, and my 
jaundice viewpoint is that way too many companies know how to tweak the 
numbers. Some actually get caught.
