[Tech-Assist] STL problem now critical

I installed a new 950 STL and had a vswr problem.  It turned out the jumper
from the hard line to the antenna was RG-11 (75 ohms) about 2 1/2' long
causing the reflected and some strange readings.  Everything smoothed out
when I put in a RG-213 jumper.
