[EAS] FCC Comments to Modernizing Alerts Proceeding

The deadline for submitting comments was yesterday.

Participation has been good, although I would have preferred to see more filings by radio stations.

FEMA apparently did not file comments, or if FEMA did so, the FCC has not yet posted FEMA comments for public inspection.
