Please understand that there is now anther point of failure with the NWS 
system. The NWS has, at least here in Michigan, switched over to a cell 
data/codec (Barix) to feed their transmitters, rather than they 400 MHz 
links or telco feeds. . If that cell site goes down, NWS is down.
