[EAS] Premiere Radio Networks still a national source?

Hi All,

I haven't heard lately...is Premiere still relaying national tests and alerts like Sirius/XM and NPR do? I have one of my Endecs set up to monitor for periodic testing from Premiere but I haven't seen anything since 9/24/24.
