Have the other satellite-based EAS source cease participating?  (NPR, 
Premiere)  I understand FEMA changed the name from PEP to National Public 
Warning System (NPWS), although most folks still refer to the terresterial 
stations as PEP stations.  Is it just one of those twisty 
maze of bureaucratic acronyms.
