[EAS] ETRS issues

It took the FCC a couple of weeks to get back to me for missing callsigns. Somehow they didn't import the latest LPTV callsigns associated with the FIDs. You had to enter them in the same place as the missing LP stations list. I entered the callsigns there (with no association to a FID) and it worked. I was batch filed for the first time this year and was able to include a couple of affiliates in the same spreadsheet as our stations.

So, yes there was some frustration involved.
