[EAS] TFT EAS 911 Message Logging

Jacob, are you using a CAP receiver with your 911, too?
My experience with the 911 is it could miss messages if too many came in at the same time.
Nowadays with CAP, a message can be distributed, received and turned around nearly simultaneously by most of your sources!
Our 911 would log reception of a message, even if it's the same message, from each source.
I hope my memory is correct! It's been a long time since we used the TFT911's.
